1. VAS: Legal supports to charities 


VAS Bar CouncilThe Bar Council of Ireland's Voluntary Assistance Scheme (VAS) is a pro bono scheme which is available to all NGO's and charities whether it be for assistance for you or your clients.  VAS are keenly aware of the difficulties people have in accessing justice and strive to do what we can to help.  In order for our legal system to operate in the fairest and best possible way, all stakeholders and all sectors of society must have access to it.

2. Treoir - Informing unmarried parents in Ireland


treoir logo blueTreoir believes that unmarried families in Ireland should have the same right to respect, care, support, protection and recognition as families based on marriage.  To this end Treoir has been advocating for the Constitutional Convention to undertake a progressive review of Article 41 as part of its work in 2014. 


Treoir is part of All Families Matter, a campaigning coalition of Irish organisations calling on the Constitutional Convention to review the Irish Constitution in relation to the family.
